If your chat is not responding to questions, make sure you have started and completed the entire training process. Verify that the model status appears as “completed” in the Dashboard and that you have selected the active model in the settings.

It\’s also important to check the quality of the training content. Ensure that sufficient and relevant content was included and that the training data contains appropriate question-answer pairs for the queries you expect to receive from users.
